A unique opportunity for someone to really take ownership of the leadership, strategy and appropriate level of tactical execution plans for a large organisation. You must be willing to travel abroad.

* Provide the leadership, strategy and appropriate level of tactical execution plans for these categories
* Responsible to create, and implement such strategies while supporting overall strategy of the global Strategic Sourcing organisation, and its related objectives in alignment cross-functionally.
* You will be responsible for performance to the various KPI's of Strategic Sourcing; including but not limited to Net Deflation, Cost Reduction, Margin Enhancement, DPO/Supplier Payables, Working Capital, e-Auctions, and Supplier Performance / metrics

Essential Job Functions:

* Serve as the EMEA's Strategic Sourcing Category lead for Capex, MRO and Utilities
* Lead and liaison with site sourcing managers, site facility and site ops teams on developing, driving, assisting in new and ongoing projects. Will require travel to sites in EMEA

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, Finance or applicable.
* Strategic Sourcing / Procurement category management experience with an emphasis on *Capex or MRO (*preferred)
