Is your dream job connecting people with their dream home? We have the perfect opportunity for you to join us as a Marketing Coordinator where you'll manage the marketing activity for the development of our new build homes.

It's a great time to join Beyond Housing as we ramp up our development activity to meet our ambitious strategic objective of building 2,000 new homes by 2025. That's why we're looking to add another Marketing Coordinator to our brood! This role will initially be fixed term for four years to help connect these homes with their new owners or tenants. We're also getting ready to introduce an exciting new sales brand, which you'll be involved in launching and establishing in the new home sales market.

With a growing collection of new homes available for outright purchase, affordable rent and affordable home ownership schemes like shared ownership and rent to buy, you'll be skilled in identifying target audiences and making sure campaigns use effective targeting and messaging to reach the right people. Writing engaging ad copy and briefing eye-catching designs will be second nature to you. With an eye for detail, you'll always be the one to spot the typo!

Being confident in using a variety of online and offline marketing channels, you'll support our sales team with generating quality leads to ensure our homes are reserved in line with targets and budgets. We're looking for an all-rounder who's digitally savvy to make sure email campaigns and online ads are attracting conversions, while also being skilled at creating informative sales materials and splashing our brand across site hoardings, banners and sales offices.

Standing out in a crowded marketplace is the ultimate responsibility in property marketing, so your creative spark combined with a shrewdness for data analysis will be essential to ensure our campaigns are performing the best they can. You'll be hot on the reporting to check what's working, using evaluation of data to help you make decisions about how best to market our homes.

With GBP14 million of schemes contracted in just the last month, there's plenty to get your teeth stuck into. Your project management skills will be vital in coordinating marketing and communications plans for a number of development schemes at once, from organising PR around the start on site, coordinating onsite branding and property listings, all the way through to the welcome pack for the last happy customer moving in.

Finding a new home is an exciting time, it's a real milestone in people's lives. We go beyond just selling and renting homes to create a great experience for our customers throughout the journey. From gathering content for a user-friendly webpage to coordinating the shiny gift for moving day, you'll play a big part in creating those feelings of 'new home excitement'!

You'll be a passionate brand advocate and seek out opportunities to celebrate our successes, establishing us as a partner of choice in the sector through the endorsement of awards, case studies, sponsorship and PR.

Covering an area spanning from Redcar and Cleveland down to Filey and Bridlington on the North Yorkshire coast, having a driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes is ideal for when you need to make site visits.

Due to COVID-19, you'll initially join the many Beyond Housing colleagues who are currently staying safe and working from home. Once it's safe for colleagues to return to the office, you can choose whether you'd prefer our Redcar or Scarborough office as your base while still having the flexibility to work wherever you like thanks to our agile working approach.
