Our client, a hugely-successful and growing organisation who are leaders within their field is seeking an HR Adviser to join their internal team on a full-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Due to natural growth and progression our client is seeking an HR adviser to join them on a full-time, contract basis providing a high level of support to the internal HR function, whilst taking the lead on a number of projects spanning across Recruitment, TUPE and Policy creation.

The ideal candidate with be CIPD Level 5 qualified or more, and have experience in running HR projects both individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities;

- Manage TUPE transfers in and out of the business

- Assist with the recruitment plans for the business

- Support with the diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business

- Support the research and implementation into the new HR system

- Provide a high level of HR advice to all employees with the organisation

- Support the HR Director to provide and prepare briefings related to new HR projects

- Provide a high level of support and advice on grievance and disciplinary hearings

- Assist with all employee queries

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing HR projects of this kind, whilst being able and happy to complete administrative duties in the best interests of the business when required.

You must hold your CIPD Level 5 qualification, ad be able to commute to the Uckfield office.
