Description
Responsibilities of the role will involve sourcing, attracting, recruiting and on-boarding of employees for the organisation. The role will take ownership of a large portfolio of vacant clinical roles, such as nursing and care staff.
Duties will include:
Writing job adverts and role specifications;
Utilising a wide variety of candidate attraction strategies including job boards/advertising, candidate databases, social medial, existing employee referrals, and LinkedIn;
Business partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements;
Planning and executing resourcing strategies to generate candidates;
Identifying and assessing talent pools to fill senior-level and regular vacancies;
Screening candidates for availability, suitability, motivations, and qualifications to effectively match candidates and vacancies;
Support in recruitment initiatives such as Open Days and recruitment campaigns to source the best talent;
Ensure timely feedback is provided to all candidates;
Complete follow up activities with successful candidates through to start date and initial employment to increase conversion and retention. Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
Recent and relevant recruitment and/or resourcing experience
Either in-house, agency or RPO recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills
Great organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience recruiting in the care, healthcare or housing sector (desirable, not essential)
Experience recruiting a high volume of roles (desirable, not essential)Job Offer
