Customer Service Representative
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: GBP23,000 to GBP25,000, DOE
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Unitrunk Ltd is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep to join our Harlow team.
Customer Service Representative - The Role:
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including
• Receiving & placing customer orders
• Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution
• Processing returns in line with company policy
• Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
• Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service
• Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Updating schedules
• Progress chasing
• Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager
Customer Service Representative - The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• Previous customer service experience
• Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
• Stock Control knowledge
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
• Knowledge of ERP systems
