We are working with an award-winning manufacturing company based in Trafford Park, Manchester, and are currently looking to recruit a dynamic Graduate Customer & Market Insight Analyst to join their newly established market research function.
The successful Graduate Customer & Market Insight Analyst will help our Senior Customer & Market Insight Analyst to identify new sales and marketing opportunities. You'll research new and existing products and industries and gain insight into customer needs and experiences.
Your ability to speak and write to a high technical standard is crucial, as you will frequently be summarising research findings and analysis into succinct, visual presentations.
The successful Graduate Customer & Market Insight Analyst will be:
Degree educated with some experience conducting research projects and analysing data.
Fast learner who can bring new ideas, think strategically, and collaborate cross-functionally
Bright, inquisitive, detail-orientated person who will contribute to the development of the company's values by being collaborative, open-minded, resourceful, and entrepreneurial.
The successful Graduate Customer & Market Insight Analyst will be responsible for:
Produce in-depth market research and customer insights to identify new market opportunities and address key strategic questions
Assist our Senior Customer & Market Insight Analyst in developing business cases to support new sales and marketing strategies.
Contributing to both qualitative and quantitative market research, you will engage with experts both inside and outside of the organisation to research competitive positioning, market trends and will be a global support for all business units. As a curious, analytical professional, you will evaluate customers' behaviour and provide insights and recommendations to generate innovative ideas to grow our brand and our products.
