We are a nationwide company specialising in the delivery of tailored telecoms & IT solutions to a wide range of businesses. We are experts at designing, delivering and supporting market leading solutions incorporating all aspects of communications. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hungry and success driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join our growing Sales Department to help satisfy the increasing demand for our services.

What would you be responsible for?

Contacting new customers with a strong focus on customer service as well as up-selling & cross-selling
Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company
Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the team target

What we would like to see in you?

An exceptional individual with strong internal / inside B2B sales experience
Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous in your organisation, diary management and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
A minimum of 2+ years sales experience, selling IT or Telecoms contractual services
Ambitious, inquisitive and keen to learn
Hunger to earn well and succeed against set targets
