JOB TITLE: Admin/ Clerical Assistant

LOCATION: Location: Blended working approach with a combination of office based and home working. The main office location will be Westlakes
RATE: GBP 12.68 Per Hour Paye

DURATION: 12 Month Contract

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong Administration Experience
- Current security clearance would be ideal however not essential . The successful applicant must be able to obtian this.
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
- Diary management Experience
- Ability to show discretion when communicating sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an often fast paced business environment, prioritising tasks appropriately and effectively to meet internal and external deadlines
* High degree of organisational ability and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion and experience of liaising with stakeholders
* Strong Time Management Experience
* Fully conversant in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
* Educated to at least GCSE (A - C) level including English and Maths or equivalent.
* Typing level 3 or equivalent (55 wpm)

JOB PURPOSE / DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will work as part of a team to provide administration support to the business. You will be required to provide effective administration, travel arrangements, secretarial, and analytical support. You will be responsible for but not limited to the day to day duties:
-Provide a high quality, confidential administrative service within the organisation to deliver an efficient and effective service
- Provide general administrative assistance to support staff
- Act as point of contact for enquiries and visitors, ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a courteous, efficient and discreet manner in order to uphold the professional image of the organisation
- Draft correspondence as requested by colleagues
- Maintain and update appropriate files and directories to ensure the business has access to the most factual information
- Produce accurate and timely records of meetings, ensuring all actions are monitored and addressed within specific deadlines
- Arrange meetings, workshops and conferences, ensuring that commitments and competing demands are efficiently managed and future needs anticipated meeting all business priorities
- Co-ordinate appropriate accommodation and travel requests as dictated by diary demands, and recommend best value for money
