Shift Manager - three days a week, four days every third week

Sunday to Tuesday 7.00am - 7.00pm every third Wednesday 7.00am - 7.00pm
We need a shift manager who ???.
Leads by example.
Is highly motivated with infectious enthusiasm.
Works closely to the KPI's and ensures everyone understands the measures they need to work to/improve upon.
Has supervisory or managerial skills already.
Ideally a sound knowledge of the food industry. If not, FMCG but MUST have a fast-paced manufacturing background.
A strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
Understands the need to process efficiency.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
A problem-solving approach - always looking to work more efficiently.
Able to react at speed, make the appropriate decisions and escalate up to the Factory Manager when necessary.
Is proud of their shift and what they have achieved.
Conducts effective hand-overs and embeds processes and procedures that mean shifts work together to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the shift, responsible for production and the handover of the shift.
Consistently maintain all HS&E standards.
Focussed on achieving optimum quality standards across all product ranges.
Working cross functionally, at all levels, across the factory.
Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), ensuring they are monitored regularly, while looking to continuously improve results.
Communicating clearly with your team and with the relevant stakeholders.
Motivating, coaching, working closely with and developing the team.
Identify and resolve issues at speed involving others when necessary.
