TeacherActive Nottingham is expanding, and exciting new opportunities have become available for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of passionate recruitment professionals!
Recruitment experience is not required. We're looking for people who are confident, great communicators and have a lot of ambition. You'll need to show resilience and be a team player.
Responsibilites
The Resourcer role is a support role to an established consultant. You will assist in the resourcing of supply teachers, general recruitment administration and helping to fill school bookings.
Posting adverts to generate good responses
Screening applicants on the phone
Interviewing/registering candidates
You will assist in filling vacancies
Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for.
Skills
Able to communicate with colleagues of all levels, whilst building and maintaining relationships with schools and teachers
To be punctual and have excellent time management skills.
To be able to use initiative and meet deadlines.
To be able to work in a solution focused manner.
