Temporary to Permanent
The Company
Due to an extremely busy order book, Kelburn Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of our prestigious clients based in Newton Aycliffe.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic metal dressers who have previous experience within an engineering environment. The role would involve:
* Operating counterbalance fork lift truck
* Transporting goods throughout the shop floor, warehouse and yard
* Stock allocation, stock rotation
* Completing daily checks on the fork lift
* Attending start of shift team briefings
* Assisting the shop floor whenever needed
* Manual Handling
* Packing, wrapping and palletising of goods
* Operating hand held scanner
* Always maintain company's health & safety standards
The Candidate
* Previous experience using counterbalance fork lift is essential
* Must hold valid Counterbalance licence
* A positive attitude and willing to learn
* Good work ethic, able to work part of a team as well as individually
* Able to hit targets as required
The Hours
3 shift system. Days, lates and nights rotating
The Pay
* GBP378 average gross pay per week through PAYE (Kelburn do not pay workers through umbrella payroll companies)
