You will join a fast-paced Service Desk to provide first line support to a busy global user base. You will be tasked with the timely first line desktop, mobile and application support for all internal users to ensure minimum downtime and disruption.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment.
This role would be suited to a candidate with strong working knowledge of Windows Desktops, Active Directory and Exchange.
You will have a proven ability to deliver great customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and work well with users at all levels of the business.
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Skills and Experience
** OS - Windows 7/8.1 and 10
** Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (MCEM)
** Active Directory Administration
** Exchange Administration
** Microsoft Office Suite
This will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skills and progress their career within a busy technical environment.
The team are working from home and the office is at around 25% capacity. As restrictions ease, this may increase so we're looking to speak to those in the Glasgow area.
