Training Manager - Utilities Construction - GBP35-42k + Benefits DOE - Gloucestershire/Bristol//Worcestershire/Herefordshire

Some additional Requirements,
* Experience in a Trainer role in the General Construction industry
* IOSH membership
* Member of an accredited training association such as RTITB, NPORS,CPCS,Lantra.
* DTTLS / PTTLS / CTLLS or equivalent.
* Valid UK Driving licence
* Understand the training requirements for the Construction and Civil Engineering department and a track record of successfully executing it within a company.

* Candidates who show ability, dedication and a strong work ethic will be supported within the company to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience.
* The long-term vision is to establish a Training Division within the business that serves internal and external parties. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop alongside the Training Department as it grows
