We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our client, an entrepreneurial manufacturer of bespoke engineered products based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
This is a new and exciting role within their Supply Chain Department and requires an operational individual who communicates effectively at all levels both internally and externally. A strong leader with a proven track record in supply chain optimisation and can demonstrate successfully managing change.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes;-

A strong understanding of supply chain principles and the ability to apply those skills into a complex and demanding environment
*
Tenacity to lead initiatives for improvement to continually enhance all aspects of the supply chain function
*
Exposure and a track record of business optimisation
*
Ability to develop and grow strong relationships with suppliers to gain a better understanding of their capacity constraints to improve their flexibility
*
Experienced a fast-moving manufacturing environment, ideally an engineered product environment working to tight deadlines and demanding quality standards
*
A sound knowledge of and understanding of creating SQL and MS queries
*
Proven initiative with a "can do attitude"
*
Comply with all relevant legislation to ensure a safe and effective workplace is maintained
*
Previous experience of working with / purchasing motorsport car components would be advantageous
Ideally, you will be a post-graduate who is looking for the next step in their Supply Chain journey. You will be driven, dynamic, structured, methodical and have exceptional levels of attention to detail.
Mon-Fri 08.30 - 17.00 (a degree of flexibility will be required)
In return we will offer a competitive salary of GBP33K - GBP35K + 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with exceptional prospects and a commitment to training and development.
