HR Advisor

Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a developing manufacturing business to support them with the recruitment of a HR Advisor

I'm keen to hear from HR Assistants looking for that next step in their HR Career. You will have generalist HR experience at HR Assistant level, as well as starting to step up, advise and support managers on a range of HR issues.

Responsibilities will include:
- Advising and guiding managers and employees on a range of HR issues including first line queries on ER, absence and performance management
- Able to give sound advice interpreting policies and procedures
- Supporting where necessary on recruitment
- Supporting with TUPE Admin
- Utilise the HR system, accessing information, adding information and changes as necessary
- Carrying out HR administration tasks as required from processing starters/leavers, offer letters, disciplinary note taking

To be suitable for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years experience at HR Assistant level
