Lettings Manager - Harborne - GBP21,000-GBP25,000 Basic DOE - plus commission OTE GBP35,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings manager for well-established Independent agent

This is a brand new and exciting role that offers the right individual a fantastic platform to develop the lettings offering across further branches as they expand.

Your knowledge of the lettings industry as well the regulation's that surround it must be of the highest level and you must be a proven deal closer as well as being able to build lasting relationships.

We are looking for someone that has exceptional local knowledge and can present themselves confidently in an attempt to win business and drive the lettings operation to success.

You will need to show success of winning business as well as innovative ways of marketing in order to promote our brand to become recognised as a leading name in Lettings.

Requirements:

* You must be a proven deal closer.

* Industry knowledge and past experience essential.

* Ability to self-motivate and manage.

* You must be able to spot and create opportunities.

* Someone that can motivate and manage a team.

* Impeccable appearance and communication skills.

* ARLA Qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for creating lettings opportunities in and around the Coventry area.

* Valuing and Listing properties for let.

* Arranging viewings and negotiating between Landlords & Tenants.

* Carrying out inspections and inventories as well as dealing with re-lets and any disputes.

* Ensuring all literature is materially correct and legal.

* Conducting customer care calls and managing portfolio of manage stock.

* Being responsible for marketing and PR surrounding the lettings operation to drive business and brand awareness.
