Badenoch + Clark are proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation that are based in the heart of London who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor. Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the HR Business Partner to support the successful customer-focused delivery of all HR processes, policies and systems.
* Provide advice and guidance to Managers and staff on HR issues
* Take the lead on the Pre-Apprentice and Apprentice Programmes
* Drive quality onboarding processes
* Using a collaborative approach to find solution and ensure satisfactory outcomes
* Develop, coach and support line managers over the full cycle of the recruitment process
* Working with the HR Business Partner and HR Services Manager to deliver HR projects.
* Undertake casework to support Managers in resolving issues within reasonable timescales.
* Help to support, develop and coach the HR Assistants with their personal and professional development
* Promote the culture and values that foster a positive Employee Relations environment and ensure fair and respectful treatment of all employees.
* Develop and implements innovative HR policies & practice.
* Promote and improve HR services for the benefit of the organisation
* Support line managers and employees to ensure open and ongoing two-way communication between employees and line managers.
* Be able to identify, recommend and champion new and improved ways of working
