Credit Controller - Secondment opportunity up to 6 months We are flexible on the location of this position holder. At present, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, any of our colleagues who can work from home are doing so. Our Head Office is based in Bedford, so the successful candidate should expect a degree of travel to this locations as we emerge from the crisis.

Our Credit Control Team play a vital role in aiding the efficiency and effectiveness of the billings, collections and payment processes, to maximise collections and reduce the risk of debt whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, Solving our customers' problems with real care every day.

Taking ownership to ensure that accounts are setup in accordance with the company credit policy, our credit controllers work in partnership with our internal and external customers to ensure we achieve and exceed business targets and customer's expectations.

So, what are we looking for?

Every day will bring you a new set of challenges to engage you! You'll have a keen eye for detail, really digging into the data that you are presented with to find the route cause of any issues and preventing them before they happen! You'll enjoy working with people and building relationships, this is after all, a customer facing role with customer contact throughout most working days. You should be curious and inquisitive - a self-starter who is analytical and commercially minded within the team, organisation and industry.

What will a day with us look like?

Based in our office just a short walk from Priory Country Park, credit controllers will liaise with virtually every business area to resolve billing, collection or payment related issues and continuously strive to improve these processes for the mutual benefit of the customer and for Belron?? UK Limited. You'll approach your role with a proactive outlook, actively seeking and searching for ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Working a 25 hour week across Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
