Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking for a forklift counterbalance driver for ongoing work with our client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.
This position is initially to cover ongoing with the view to turn permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Working alternative shift patterns
Week 1 - 1530 to 0030
Week 2 - 2200 to 0700
- Picking/packing
- Offload & loading vehicles
- Moving stock around
- Manual handballing
- Use of forklift (counterbalance)
The ideal candidate;
- Will be able to cope with a physically demanding role
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Have experience in a similar role
- An up-to-date forklift counterbalance ticket
Rate of pay;
- GBP9.50p/h paid via PAYE
- Holiday accrual
- Pension
Opportunities to enhance rate of pay with our alternative PAYE model with holiday accrual topped up in hourly rate
