Title: Business Process Analyst
Division: Manufacturing Engineering
Contract Position based at: Solihull
Rate: - up to GBP22.58/hr Ltd rate (which equals GBP17.47/hr PAYE rate)
Position Description:
Business Process Analyst required for 6 month Maternity Cover, supporting projects, implementing Logistics process and IT solutions (e.g. new warehouse or production linefeed processes and supporting the implementation of SAP EWM).
Skills Required:
Strong Communication & Project Management (e.g. presentations, actions plans / master schedules, project status, metrics. Also confidence in dealing with mixed customer, supplier, stakeholder groups)
Working knowledge of process improvement & managing the change (e.g. experience in delivering new processes, IT, technology)
Ability to capture and write clear & concise documentation (e.g. Goals, Processes, Standards, Work Instructions, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Experience Required:
Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Manufacturing
Experience of defining operational processes, business capabilities or IT requirements
Experience or knowledge of project management or supporting projects in a complex environment
Experience or knowledge of driving process improvement activities or managing change
Ability to read, understand and use metrics to drive and monitor change
Good networking, communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience Preferred:
These are useful skills within this role but NOT all necessary together:
Relevant Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience co-ordinating a team in a complex environment
Ability to generate a comprehensive business case
Ability to create metrics
Experience of creating and delivering presentations at a senior level
An understanding of the complexity of a Manufacturing or Logistics systems architecture map
Formal project management qualifications not required
