Cover Supervisor - Congelton
We are currently looking to recruit a cover supervisor to work between schools in the Congelton area on an ad-hoc basis. We are looking for someone who can cover a variety of subject and secondary ages. The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident and has a good rapport with students with the ability to adapt and sometimes think on their feet.
You may be an experienced Cover Supervisor or a graduate who is considering the teaching profession in the future and is looking for experience/work in secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant before applying or starting your PGCE.

Cover Supervisor work is the ideal way to gain experience and support your possible future PGCE application, giving you the opportunity to gain behaviour management experience before beginning a PGCE course.
There has been a continued demand for Cover Supervisors within both schools and they are looking for another member to join our Simply Staff at the school.

The school are looking for a committed person who is happy to work in different departments around the school covering teacher absences on a week by week basis. During the days where you may not be working at the school Simply Education work with a number of local schools looking for a cover supervisor.
The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate and is able to build a good rapport with young people. You may be asked to work at the school on different days but ideally you will be able to go to the same school which means you will be able to get familiar with the team and the students.
