General Builder & Semi Skilled Operatives

The Client
Our client works within the Financial and Insurance industry providing pollution services across a wide range of clients. They are currently on the lookout for a general builder to join a two-person team working on residential oil spill projects.
The Role
Our client is looking for a candidate with experience within a multi skilled construction role with the relevant skills and physical fitness to undertake hand digging, groundwork's, laying drainage, concreting etc.
Our client is looking for a candidate with experience within a multi-skilled construction role including brick/block laying, concreting, drainage works, paving and landscaping.
Candidates will need to be willing to travel and work away from home throughout the week if required.
All candidates will be subject to a DBS check and pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol Screening.
Experience and Qualifications Required for General Builders
The client is looking for a candidate who holds the following -
* CSCS Card - Essential
* Dumper or Digger Licence - Essential
* Full UK driving licence - Essential
* NVQ in construction discipline
* First Aid - Desirable
* Cat and Genny - Desirable
* SMSTS or SSSTS - Desirable
Experience and Qualifications Required for Semi-Skilled Operatives
The client is looking for a candidate who holds the following -
* CSCS Card - Essential
* Dumper or Digger Licence - Essential
* Full UK driving licence - Essential
* First Aid - Desirable
* Cat and Genny - Desirable
* SMSTS or SSSTS - Desirable
Rewards
The client is looking to pay a competitive salary dependent on sills and experience. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), health scheme and life insurance are also provided through the company.
