LEAD PASTORAL MANAGER: SIXTH FORM & PA to DIRECTOR OF SIXTH FORM
Required from September 2021.
Applications are invited for a Lead Pastoral Manager/PA to the Director of Sixth Form, to manage the Sixth Form team in the care and motivation of all students. The post requires good inter-personal skills with a willingness to be adaptable to team needs.
The successful candidate will also need to be confident in their ability to communicate, and relate to, young adults.
The post holder should be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
Knowledge of SIMS would be beneficial but is not essential.
Hours: 37 hours per week term time plus 3 training days, and 3 weeks to be worked during school closure, (1 week to be in August)
Days: Monday to Thursday 08.30 to 16.30 including ½ hour lunch.
Friday 08:30 to 16:00
Salary: Scale 7 – Point 19
£24,084.13 per annum (actual gross pay).
