Summary:
Operations & Supply Chain Manager
Base salary GBP50,000-GBP60,000 plus pension.
Great opportunity for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager who is used to operating in FMCG environment and leading and developing the Purchasing, Planning, Facilities, Customer Service and Warehouse departments.
Must have manufacturing experience.
You must have a thorough understanding of Supply Chain and Demand Planning principles including ERP. Essentially, you will be an analytically / statistically minded, have excellent numeracy and a focused individual who isn't afraid to make decisions or challenge the status quo. Furthermore, you will have the capacity to identify, develop and implement strategies within the Supply Chain to reduce waste, raise competitiveness and implement Continuous Improvement activities. In addition to managing and supporting the planning function to development short, medium and long-term forecasts and ensuring the creation and execution of an efficient production plan.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in an Operations / Supply Chain senior role.
