Our client is looking for a fixed term Marketing Assistant to join their in-house marketing team. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to get some varied marketing experience under your belt! You would be working closely with their Head of Marketing and the rest of the marketing team, whilst developing your skills in a fast-paced and social environment.
Our client uses a combination of third-party software and their own tools and expertise to deliver a marketing programme for themselves that is just as ambitious as those they deliver for their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Marketing, English or Journalism graduate to get some great experience behind them or someone who is currently freelancing and looking for an exciting temporary role in a fast paced B2B marketing team.
The ideal candidate will:
Play a key role in the planning and execution of our events programme
Provide marketing support
Research topics and talking points for our thought leadership strategy
Write LinkedIn posts for key stakeholders within the company
Oversee social media pages
Write and build email campaigns
Support with keeping content banks in order and up to date including our own website, third-party networks and internal systems
Manage stocks of marketing equipment and printed collateral
Raise PO's and other budget administration
Take on additional responsibilities to help the marketing team achieve their goals
Upload press releases
Support with the general smooth running of the marketing team
Other beneficial (but not essential) experience:
Relevant experience in a B2B marketing role
Knowledge of digital channels (such as SEO, PPC, Social Media)
An ability to work as part of a team and a good communicator
Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
An understanding of data-driven marketing and marketing analytics
Email marketing and CRM administration (Pardot and Salesforce would be hugely beneficial)
Their company benefits include:
Competitive salary with performance-related pay reviews every year
Up to 27 days holiday with the option to purchase 5 extra days at a reduced rate
Healthcare benefits
Company pension
Free parking
Company-wide paid social events
Onsite eatery and games room
???and many more!
