In this Customer complaints handling role, you would be dealing with complaints from start to finish, ensuring regular communication to keep the client updated. If you are looking for a career move that offers excellent prospects and training - then this could be the one for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Complaints Handler, you will be providing support to ensure complaints are investigated and resolved.
Initially contact customers by telephone, establish rapport and investigate their complaints fully
Ensure that regular updates are given as to the progress of complaint
Compile data and present reports using Excel
REQUIREMENTS
The key skills needed to be a Complaints Handler are:
Ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as part of a small team
Professional telephone manner, resilient with excellent customer service skills
Ability to listen and empathise with customers and assist with their complaints
Previous experience of working in a call centre, customer service centre, conflict resolution, concern resolution, contact centre, contact resolution, hotline centre or similar background, where you have dealt with telephone calls and handled complaints would be useful
Good attention to detail coupled with analytical and problem solving skills
Highly motivated with a strong desire to reach resolution and close cases
Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and CRM experience
Organised and methodical with good attention to detail

Ideally, working 830 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday but for the right person there may be some flexibility or the possibility of part-time.
