Due to demand my client has an opportunity has become available for a 7.5T driver to join the most trusted and successful letters and parcel delivery business covering Leeds and surrounding area.
Experience doing deliveries or courier driving in a 7.5T vehicle before is essential, you will also need your own sat nav to support you with the provided route planner.
The hours average 40-45 hours per week, working Monday - Friday with a 10am start.
Based out of Leeds, drivers will pick up an load and delivery around Leeds, Wakefield and West Yorkshire.
Our drivers are the face of our client so we are looking fir someone with good people skills, that are helpful and friendly, presentable in appearance and strong work ethic.
Successful candidates will have a full clean UK driving licence( less than 6 points will be considered), also must be organised, physically fit to be able to manually load and unload parcels.
Due to location access to own transport is benefical.
Suitable candidates will be subject to a secruity vetting process and DBS check so will need to provide documents of proof of ID, 5 year address history and 5 year work history.
Rates of pay
Hourly rate- GBP11.25 per hour
Monday- Friday
40-45 hours per week
