Newly Qualified Accountant | GBP42,000 - GBP45,000 | Private Equity Portfolio Finance Manager Position | Lancashire & Manchester (Flexible Working) | | Bonus + Long term incentives
Axon Moore is working with a long standing private equity firm to recruit a Newly Qualified Accountant to work centrally as a Portfolio Finance Manager.
The role will involve:
Producing accounts for businesses within the portfolio
Managing a transactional finance team
Commercial oversight and creation of MI and board packs for investors and directors
Working with founders / managing directors to add value and have strategic input
Lead board meetings
Liaise with external stakeholders to access support for businesses
Exposure to end-to-end deals process
Long term incentives to progress internally
This is a privileged position within a very high calibre team of finance professionals and investment specialists. If your career goal is to be part of a high growth SME, then this role will allow you to directly impact and share in the success of many aspirational businesses.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to self-learn and show initiative, as well as demonstrate strong leadership potential. This role will largely be flexible to WFH but will require 1 day a week in Manchester (most weeks) and the occasional flexibility to travel to investments further afield.
