IT Systems Engineer - 2nd Line Support Engineer

Ipswich
Office based with some flexibility to WFH
GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 plus excellent benefits
35 hour week, enhanced pension, 25 days holiday, health and more
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to work within a truly cloud environment and continue to learn and grow. We're happy for you to learn Azure, SQL, etc. but at the very least need a foundation in O365 and a solid IT support career at a 2nd line level.
Most importantly, we need someone who will take a proactive approach, not afraid to try things, sometimes make mistakes and put effort into giving things a go before escalating.
You will support a brilliant 1st line support engineer in her career, be the escalation point and have a brilliant 3rd line engineer above you to learn from.
You will have experience with:
O365 / Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Microsoft office applications
Microsoft Desktop, Server and business tools
If you haven't already, you will learn:
Exchange online
Azure
Azure SQL
VMWare
Storage arrays
