To help take their business to the next level they are looking for a Production Manager to join their innovative manufacturing and quality team and aid them in introducing and upholding quality standards. Training will be provided for the specific industry.
The core responsibilities of this managing the production team and supervisors. You will oversee continuous improvement activities and ensure that production targets are hit. You will be part of the senior management team at the site.
The right candidate will come from a manufacturing background with strong leadership experience. You will have knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Planning.
