The role will include
Organising and monitoring workflow to high standards
Responsibility for site - Ensure premises secure and staff and site are safe
Monitor, individual, team and production Performance, Quality and delivery.
Set out and manage a system to control Stock of materials and consumables required
Actively encourage, engage and manage a continuous improvement plan
Maintain and update documents for auditing and re-training
To succeed in this position, you will need:
To be driven and able to work effectively and with accuracy in a face paced environment
Demonstrate team management experience
Have the ability to work independently and to work within teams to achieve the agreed targets
Have excellent leadership skills and experience of coaching, training and teaching staff
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
