Position: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Presecot, Liverpool

Hours of work: 8am-4pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 8am-1pm or

11am-7pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 11am-4pm

Salary: GBP21,450p/a

Our client is a global leader in intelligent electric heating and renewable energy solutions and are looking for a number of Administrator to work within their warehouse. The ideal candidates will have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with excellent attention to detail, previous administration experience is essential, if you have worked within logistics, quality, warehouse administration this would be an advantage.

Main duties:

Inputting information on to Excel spreadsheets to generate reports for management.
Analysing data from production and inputting onto Excel.
Manage stock and deplete stock levels through the system.
Running reports and highlighting any discrepancies with management.
Generate work order requirements for the day.
Assist with general admin support as and when required.
Adhere to warehouse health and safety at all times.


Previous administration experience is essential.
Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Must be a team player, capable of working on your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent data entry speed and accuracy, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
