Service Administrator | Bournemouth | GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 DOE

Find Online Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a leading Car Dealership based in Bournemouth, Dorset in the recruitment of a Service Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and iconic brand, who have leaded the market for over 60 years.

To become a successful Service Administrator you will need to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service.

Responsibilities | Service Administrator

Assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department; from communicating with customers and helping with queries, to updating estimated costs of repairs, processing Warranty claims and preparing all jobs for invoicing
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, as a first point of contact, whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from customers in a prompt manner
Provide exceptional administrative support to the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and many members of the management team
Support with operational needs, system management, scheduling, raising orders and contacting suppliers
Build internal and external relationships
Ensuring Service work undertaken meets brand requirements

Desired Skills | Service Administrator

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, would be advantageous
Well organised with a key attention to detail
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Understanding and empathetic in nature, with a passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times
