Cordant People are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for our client based in Alloa.

This role is a full time Permanent position.

Hours - 8.00am-4.30pm.

Salary- DOE

The role includes

Payroll- Using a bespoke company system
Inputting employee timesheets on a weekly basis.
Raising Invoices
Processing expenses and copying receipts.
Booking Transport,Accommodation for employees doing site visits.
Answering customer calls in a quick and efficient manner.
Dealing with customer queries.
Booking Training and maintaining employee training records.
All other administrative duties.

Previous packing experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook is desirable. Due to the fast paced environment this would be well suited to someone who has at least 1 years experience in a reactive and busy Administration role.
