Are you an experienced admin assistant who is looking for their next challenge?

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis here at our Corby site, in return we can offer a competitive salary, alongside career progression and a generous benefits package!

Responsibilities of our Administrative Assistant will include:

- Supporting the management team with administration, presentations, gathering data, etc

- Organising and supporting with meetings minutes, following up action points with individuals

- Reviewing supplier invoices to our purchasing system

- Managing suppliers, monitoring performance, reviewing and documenting cost savings

- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures

- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients\

- Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Skills and experience required for our Administrative Assistant:

- Strong admin skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- The ability to react quickly

- ISO experience would be amazing, as well as the ability to oversee the auditor programme

- Experience of purchasing & liaising with suppliers

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)

- Previous and proven experience of analysing stock data

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask well

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
