HR Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work in the Employee Relations department for a company based in Dorchester. This is a full time position and will be working for 12 weeks but could be extended

Responsilbities as a HR Administrator:
- Provide Administration support for the Employee relations team.
- Support with function relating to employees including new starter documents, variations and leavers.
- Resolving basic pay, pension and contractual related issues on a day to day basis.
- Taking notes for meetings, diary/travel arrangements, attending to visitors.
- Word processing and document processing.

Requirments for this position:
- Previous relevant experience including working with HR management systems
- 4 GCSE's Grace A*-C / 9-4
- Full Clean driving licence, with use of own vehicle
- Confident using Microsoft packages
- Available immedatley

This position will involve some remote working and you will be required to be flexible to travel to the Dorchester branch. Pay is GBP10.21 per hour
