Job description
Elysium construction are looking for a Site Manager to work over at their office in Slough
* Oversee all site activities and monitor progress and performance
* Provide leadership in construction methods
* Manage the programme and identify opportunities where possible whilst protecting the companies contractual position
* Ensure effective close out of projects - snagging, as builts???
* Monitor and inspect the quality of work to maintain the highest standards
* Keep up to date site records
* Identify potential issues and provide alternative solutions
* Drive a positive SHEQ culture throughout the organisation
* Safeguard the company's financial position and report any variations
* Maintain and support a collaborative working environment with all customers and stakeholders both internal and external
* Coordinate all site activities to ensure work is carried out efficiently
* Attend client H&S meetings when required
* Provide weekly updates to Head of Operations
What is required?
?? Recent and relevant experience in a similar role is essential
?? Must be fully ticketed - SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS
?? Sound understanding of civil construction process and CDM
?? Experience working directly with site teams
?? Excellent communication and management skills
?? Positive approach to all SHEQ matters
?? Financial awareness
