Cleaner - Mobile
Stafforce are recruiting for mobile cleaners for a well established facilities company based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of cleaning on a mobile basis and can work to time scales.
Job Responsibilities:-
To carry out general housekeeping / cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocations, to agreed standard, as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Area Manager.
To ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks assigned are completed within the required deadlines.
To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene.
To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Follow Cleaning Excellence guidelines at all times.
Reporting faulty machinery / equipment immediately.
To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customers.Job Requirements:-
??Full UK driving licence (Van provided) - minimum 3 years
Good level of English both verbal and written.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as own initiative
Excellent communication and can work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
Courteous and professional at all times
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
Hours:-
8am to 5pm
Pay:-
GBP9.30 per hour
