Sales Administrator

Salary GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 - dependent on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.00, Friday 08.00 - 16.00

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an established business based in Luton. Founded in 1923, we have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to coordinate the operational requirements of the business.

Responsibilities Sales Administrator:

Manage incoming requests via technology mailboxes
To provide 1st level pro-active sales support to customers
To provide 1st level pro-active sales support to Internal colleagues
Product portfolio order processing
Product portfolio quotations
Customer services (including invoice query/bad debt/clarification)
Product portfolio - Initial equipment ordering
Product portfolio project requirements / new releases / NPI & Training
Liaise with supplying plants for technology offers
Liaise with supplying plants regards logistics and deliveries
Liaise with customers regards deliveries and POD requests
Manage order processing protocols (PO / Confirmations / Authorisations)
Ensure correct purchasing requirements are met (QTY/value/timing)
Use systems provided to manage Dept processes (SAP/SIS/CRM/Databases)
Use file structure provided to adequately store communication sales data
Manage any outbound shipping requirements (returns / samples / demo)
Manage machine sign off protocols and systems
Material requisition planning
Provide SAP key user assistance for SD / MM
Create material master data (material master / MRP / Info records / Source lists)
Manage customer SAP discount structures in line with contract or agreement
Manage any customer survey / PCS requirements
Pro-actively promote SMART services / digital systems
Registrations / system management / 1st level support
Digital customer portals & app management
Provide Management reporting as requested
