We have the pleasure of working with a well-established company based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are currently looking for a Warehouse and Stores Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is Monday-Friday and works on a 3 week rolling shift pattern; 6am to 3pm, 10am to 7pm and then 8am to 5pm.
Main duties will include working as a member of the warehouse and stores team to ensure smooth running of the department at all times; preparing orders for dispatch and collection; ensuring safe working practices are carried out; stock control; picking and packing; recording stock returns and ensuring full traceability and stock location is maintained.
The ideal candidate will hold a forklift/ reach truck license, have excellent team work skills, have a conscientious and motivated attitude and previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
