Our client being an independent commercial insurance brokers based in West Sussex are looking for a specialist High Net Worth (HNW) Private Client Account Handler to work in their West Sussex office.
Their Private Client products include the following: High Net Worth Household, Holiday Homes and Overseas, properties, Fine Art Collections, Valuables (including Antiques, Jewellery, and Literary Collections), High Net Worth Motor (including Classic Cars), Personal Protection Covers, Yachts, Light Aircraft, Cyber Liability
The role be managing own clients including, broking both new business and renewals to the market to obtain best terms. Develop the account through existing client contacts, responsibility for renewal retention. Will be building relationships with clients by managing day to day queries accurately and efficiently by telephone and by written correspondence to clients. Require administration of new business, mid term adjustments and renewals, checking policy documents for accuracy and breadth of cover. Assisting with claims and credit control within the portfolio.
Will have obtained or progress towards Cert CII or CPD qualifications
