Part Time Marketing & Content Assistant - GBP20-25k FTE pro rata (dependent on experience)

This role is part /full time and mostly school term time (42 weeks per year) with some flexibility in working hours to suit staff between 25-30 hours per week.

We are delighted to be recruiting for this opportunity to join our client in a Marketing and Content Assistant's role.

You will be working with the senior management team to:

Manage all sales support and marketing functions of the business.

* Helping create an annual marketing plan with senior management and then delivering the plan's objectives through the year.

* Liaising closely with the sales management and sales team to be able to react to changing priorities and tasks.

* Day-to-day marketing - mainly writing, editing and managing e-mail marketing campaigns including post campaign analytics.

* Managing the business websites and social media channels both from a content and SEO perspective.

* Creating and updating business presentations and media packs.

* Developing product mock-ups.

* Undertaking product photo shoots and managing a photo library.

* Desk and field market research related to product development and customer feedback.

Content Development

* Working with the editor and design studio research, source, write and edit content for their products.

* This is mainly a seasonal task between the autumn and spring of each year.

Candidates must have web editing and content management skills and knowledge - ideally be able to demonstrate prior web site/cms/seo experience and have a good range of PC & mobile device user skills - including Excel and WordPress.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and proactive with a desire to succeed and plenty of creativity.

* Content and market research skills

* Good English Writing skills

* Ideally WordPress experience

* Digital marketing and website experience- SEO, social media
