Daily tasks:
* To assist with coordinating and managing the payroll function.
* Provide administrative support to the payroll team to allow senior members to carry out their responsibilities without distraction.
* Assisting with processing payroll weekly through helping to creating invoices and pay spreadsheets.
* Checking accuracy of work before processing.
* Maintain regular contact with payroll company as and when required including dealing with queries.
* Working with the Business Administration Manager to ensure that all offices are running smoothly.
Part time hours:
* 25.5 hours weekly (1 hour unpaid break)
There will be times when you are required to travel to other offices in the East Midlands so a driving license is desirable but not essential.
You will be required to work office hours but sometimes, due to the nature of the role you may be required to work additional hours
