My client is seeking a talented and innovative recruitment leader, to truly embed the talent acquisition function, develop and execute its strategy.

Location: Wokingham office, with options for working from home

Salary: up to GBP50,000 plus Bonus (up to 10%)

Benefits: Pension, 25 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Hols)

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time would be considered (30 hours per week)

You'll be joining a youth organisation striving to be the leader in "out of school" childcare and kids activities; with industry-leading expertise and innovative range of offerings.

Given the nature of the role, it's important that you've led recruitment in a people-focused, fun and lively multi-site business - the leisure or hospitality sector would be ideal.

This role is highly commercial and will help steer the direction of the organisation, so you should be confident and influential, able to partner with the senior team to deliver value and make an impact.

Experience in a similar role is essential, where you've taken a creative approach to the recruitment strategy & embedded TA as a critical business function.
