We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager / Service Delivery Manager to head up our already successful Liverpool Ports Division. The Liverpool office is one of Stafforce's most successful operations, offering a fun, lively and rewarding environment.
As with running any successful operation, the magic doesn't always happen during office hours. There is an element of out of hours involved. This will include being part of a weekend on call rota. Typically 1/5
Job Purpose
Accountable for the service delivery, development, continuous improvement and retention of skilled and unskilled temporary labour provision into the Port of Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships within new and existing client base, working in partnership.
Delivery of a candidate focused culture, ensuring right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
Achieve annual financial budget and business plan, providing accurate forecasts, monitor and implement initiatives to maximise financial outcome.
Manage service delivery to agreed cost, identifying opportunities for savings and improved cost base. Management of age debt and payroll process to ensure all cost are minimised and controlled.
Responsible for ensuring a Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needs
Responsible for Profit & Loss.
Implement and drive an effective recruitment plan for each client, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
Identify talent, recruit, induct and coach direct reports. Performance management used positively to motivate and challenge to achieve excellence.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Previous experience within recruitment is preferred as you will be the go to person for junior members of your team.
Previous demonstrable experience of people management, operational delivery and client management.
Previous experience of budget control and P&L responsibility.
Ability to forge strong and collaborative relationships, influencing and presenting at senior level.
Good IT skills, specifically Excel
A driving Licence and own transport is essential for this role.
