Sick of cold calling but you smash it in sales? Look this way...we are on the lookout for a Closer, someone able to handle warm incoming enquiries from B2B clients interested in commercial finance consultancy, qualify their needs, discuss solutions and convert these enquiries into new business. This is a rewarding role that can offer you a foundation of GBP21,000 with the opportunity to earn large amounts of uncapped commission on every deal you are able to close and no cold calling
The client:
A leading and expanding corporate finance associati based in the UK with an international presence and client base across the USA, Africa and Asia
The day to day of this role:
Receiving leads and logging all prospective enquiries, leads and opportunities
Engaging with target warm clients over the phone
Qualify each client's interest and understanding client needs
Discussing solutions related to commercial finance and business consultancy
Producng bespoke quotes for services
Negotiating and agreeing pricing proposals
Sending out quotes and managing an ongoing pipeline of leads and opportunities
Chasing existing quotes and converting quotes into confirmed new business
Invoicing clients and handling any customer service issues
Liaising with internal stakeholders and the client as the go between
Obtaining reviews post work carried out to support and build the client's reputation in the market
Working and achieving set targets and KPIs
Person Specification:
* The ideal fit for this role is a candidate with existing experience in a telephony based, targeted role in a selling capacity
* You will have experience of speaking to B2B clients whether warm, inbound or cold
* No specific industry experience is needed, however, experience from the financial services, professional services, insurance, wealth management or investments sector would be advantageous
* You will be a strong closer, someone unafraid to ask for business and motivated and driven by the thrill of closing a deal
* We want a methodical and process led candidate who understands the necessary steps required to close a deal
* You will be organised and able to stay on top of leads and chase opportunities
* Self-motivation and the ability to drive yourself to achieve targets
* Strong communication skills and the ability to speak and act professionally is essential in this role
* A natural ability to handle stress and demonstrate resilience
