Telemarketer
Business Development Executive
Package includes:
* Basic salary GBP18-20k
* Uncapped commission with no minimum threshold, realistic OTE of between GBP26k-GBP30k
* 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays including Christmas Shutdown
The Role:
Your role will be to generate leads and opportunities for the sales of the companies specialised solutions within a range of sectors and industries.
You will approach SME business owner decision makers via the telephone and email to arrange appointments for the field sales team. We will conduct a free security audit to assess their current provision, and offer a range of security solutions bringing improved management control and efficiency for their business. Appointments are set up with the goal of the field sales team signing five year rental contracts for the provision of equipment and fully comprehensive service package.
Mandatory Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's experience in an outbound phone based role
* Motivated, hard-working and resilient
* Great verbal and written communication skills
Full product sales process training will be given.
