Acorn is working with a pioneering property business who is looking for candidates from a sales, marketing or customer service background who are hungry to develop a career in the property sector.
MovingWorks is a family ran business celebrating over 19 years of estate agency. Having been established in Longton, Preston since 2000, MovingWorks have a second office in Burscough and cover a wide area from the two offices.
We are currently looking to recruit a professional Property Partner who wants the flexibility that comes with being self-employed but also great earning potential.
You will have the option to work from home or an office and manage your own diary and hours!
This established organisation will use their experience and knowledge to provide you with training around the processes, legislation and their product offerings to become a successful property professional.
They offer their clients several routes to market and sell their properties ensuring there is an offering for every customer.
You will be able to generate income via two methods:
Bring property to the market
Via completion of saleThis ensures you can build a pipeline of revenue whilst also having the ability to turn round and income quickly.
The company embraces social media and technology and this role will benefit from people who will market themselves and the services through technology.
You will be able to own your own area and also receive leads from the company whilst also generating your own leads through relationships and technology.
OTE year one GBP25-40k, OTE year two GBP40-60k
Own car and driving license required
