Job title: Onsite Candidate Manager

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum (Based on level of experience)
Hours: 05:45 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Minworth and Coleshill
Key responsibilities & duties:
Conducting Site Inductions and Site Tours
Day to Day management of a team of 100 candidates over 2 sites
KPI Reporting to Client and Internal Management
Service Review Meetings with the Client
Attendance and Absence Management Investigation and reporting
Disciplinary Management Investigation and reporting
Timesheet and Payroll Management
Holiday Tracking
Driving focus on continuous improvement on process, procedures, and service delivery.
Building and maintaining excellent working relationship with a client
Minimum qualifications, experience and Academic qualifications:
Recruitment experience or experience from a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training will be given in terms of the company processes
The successful applicant:
We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, dynamic and willing to go an extra mile.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good administration skills, willingness to learn and progress throughout the company. Also experience from warehousing /distribution / production environment may be an advantage.

You MUST have excellent communication skills
You MUST be computer literate as the role will entail use of a variety of systems
