Recruitment Advisor

Alliance Automotive Group are a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the independent aftermarket in France, Germany, and the UK. We service independent repairers, body shops, auto centres, fast fit companies and end consumers with parts and equipment through a network of national and regional logistics platforms as well as networks of local distributors comprising our own subsidiaries and independent affiliates.
We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team based in Milton Keynes. This is a newly created role responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our Parts Advisor and Branch Manager positions across the UK. Ability to multi-task and work simultaneous vacancies is crucial.
Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Uploading vacancies to our ATS and local job boards
* CV shifting and candidate screening.
* Organising interviews and providing feedback
* Candidate sourcing via job boards and headhunting
* Liaising with branch and area managers on resourcing strategies
Experience Required
* In-house or agency recruitment experience managing end to end recruitment processes.
* Experience of advising Hiring Managers on recruitment-related activity including resourcing strategies.
* Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Experience of direct sourcing and headhunting.
* Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is desirable but not essential.
